RCS Message.in provides enterprise RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging solutions including API access, message delivery, analytics, and related services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or fraudulent messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including TRAI guidelines)
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable GST.
• Payment is required in advance for message credits.
• Pricing may be updated with prior notice.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Message Delivery

While we strive for high delivery rates, message delivery depends on telecom operators and recipient device compatibility. We do not guarantee 100% delivery of all messages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform are owned by 1by0 Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RCS Message.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
