Start with a simple text update, or add media and buttons when customers need to see more and act.
A text template for short confirmations and updates. Variables let you personalise each message.
A rich card groups media, a title, a description and buttons into one unit — useful for a product, an appointment or an offer with a clear next step.
A carousel places several rich cards in a horizontally scrolling row so customers can compare options and respond to each one.
Ways to respond
Reply chips and action buttons turn a message into the next step, without customers typing or searching.
Reply chips give customers pre-written answers such as “Confirm”, “Reschedule” or “Talk to an agent”, so they can respond with one tap.
Action buttons use the phone's built-in apps so customers can act in one tap.
Website links can be different for each recipient. Locations can be set by coordinates or a place search, and calendar events include a title, description, start and end date.

Good to know
A few things are decided by the customer's device, app and network rather than by the platform.
How cards and buttons look depends on the customer's messaging app and version. We test your templates on real devices before launch.
Your agent must be launched on the customer's carrier, and the customer must have RCS enabled. Otherwise the message is not delivered over RCS.
Delivery reports reflect what the network and the recipient's device report back, so timing can vary.
Images and videos may be compressed or transcoded by the platform. Test how your creative looks on real devices before a large send.
Tell us about your audience and use case. We'll walk you through onboarding, message formats, reporting and pricing.
